A few years ago I had occasion to hear the voice of Maria Mazzotta in Siena. I was completely taken by hers sound. She is able to tell a story like something that she really have been lived. She inspire me everyday (I've told it to her later when we met again even If I’m shy a little bit..) to the point that I wrote several pieces inspired to that sound, but this is another story.
It’s one of my goal everytime I touch the piano despite is a limited instrument in a way.
“Bella ci dormi” (Beddhra ci dormi) is a traditional song from Apulia, the region where I come from and here I’m going to try to play a piano solo version.
